Our Team

Peter Beattie – Founder and Managing Director

Peter oversees all operations. He deals with the procurement side of things from tendering to winning projects. Peter focusses on negotiating with clients to securing contracts.

Daniel Beattie – Operations Manager

Daniel oversees all projects. He meets with clients beforehand at the tendering stage, for the procurement side of things. He oversees all sites, ensuring all projects run on time and within budget. Daniel oversees all training required along with Jacqueline to maintain BDL Demolition’s high level of safety training.

Brian Donnelly – Health and Safety Officer

Brian holds the NEBOSH diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Distinction). He is a chartered member of the institute of Occupational Safety and Health. Brian has experience in auditing demolition works and holds the industry Competency Certification specifically for this role. He advises on health and safety issues for projects ensuring everyone follows the industry regulations. Brian keeps the team up to date on health and safety regulations.

Jaqueline White – Finance Director

Jacqueline is responsible for all accounting procedures and HR Management, Training, PQQs and Statutory Filings. She looks after the costings of projects, ensuring operations can be carried out within budget.

Kirsty Hunter – Office Administrator

Kirsty deals with the commercial side of things, along with the day to day operations within the office. She is instrumental in producing any advertising and distribution of same to potential new customers.
